Course Contents

This course covers law dimension of marketing, basic concepts regarding law, basic consumer rights, "international declaration of consumer rights" agreement law, contract of partnership, general principles of contracts, sale of movable goods, sale of immovable goods, lease agreement, loan agreement, service agreement, mandate agreement, bail agreement, law relating to protect consumer, competition and law relating to protect competition, trade title and business appellation, trademark and trademark law, law of idea and works of art.
