Course Contents

Concept and definition of office, basic functions of office management, work simplification, work analysis, workflow, filing system, definition of communication concept, human relations within system approach, communication process and factors, functions of communication, the proceeding of communication process, restrictions and key points to create efficient communication, communication types, communication conflictions and solutions, communication structure as an organizational tool, organizational communication tools, communication models in organizations, empathy concept.
