The terminology of real estate,types of real estates,market place of real estate and the situataion in Turkey,the factors in real estate development period,real estate theory and the practice,feasibility in real estate development,urban reorganization, urban development, land decision and market-place analysis, real estate develoment models, and some application examples will be taught.
