Course Contents

This course provides students with the knowledge of office activities, productivity in document management, document and securities, document recording processes in the offices, received-sent letters, filing process and it’s features in the offices, filing systems, virtual filing systems, the meaning of archiving, archive systems, methods and tools of archiving,traditional and virtual archiving systems.
