Course Contents

Design of beam columns in steel structures by using allowable strength design (ASD) and load and resistance factor design (LRFD) methods. Design of plate girders using ASD and LRFD. Design of continuous beams using ASD and LRFD. Design of steel beam to column connections using ASD and LRFD. Design of beam splices and column base plates using ASD and LRFD.
