The course will contain several engineering design projects involving individual and team efforts. Written and oral reports and proposals will be required. All projects require some effort for self-learning and research of problem solutions. Data collection, evolution and engineering analysis will also be emphasized in the design of engineering geological applications. Geotechnical and engineering geological software will be used for analyze the geological conditions. Necessary field trips will be scheduled.
