Course Contents

This course covers the basics of the concept of clean production and its importance in terms of efficiency in the manufacturing industry, components of resource efficiency, circular economy, methods of increasing energy efficiency in the manufacturing industry, waste heat recovery, the importance of the use of efficient equipment, methods of ensuring water efficiency, the Paris agreement and the European Green Deal ( Within the scope of AYM), calculation of carbon footprint, Life Cycle analysis in terms of environmental impact assessment, sectoral good practice examples, case studies, steps of cleaner production methodology will be explained.
