A general approach and an architectural review of the project management of architectural projects prepared in architectural offices and the project and construction management in construction companies will be performed. Hypothetical perspectives of the management discipline will be assessed and main principles of project management will be expressed. Project management in architecture will be evaluated considering especially the architectural offices and the construction companies. Following that, project management in architectural offices and construction companies will be assessed and site management approaches will be explained. Methods, compared according to management logic and perspectives, will be strengthened with case studies and workshops. Managing the productivity of the resources, determining and managing the budget, reaching the aimed level of quality in the process of preparation of the architectural projects to the construction of the building and the planning software options that can be used will be explained with examples and case studies.
