Course Contents

Personnel management means, definition, concept and the needs related to the transition to Human Resource Management, the means, definition, concept of Human Resource Management, the difference of Strategic Human Resource Management and Human Resource Management, manpower forecasting, job analysis and job specifications, personnel selection, training and developing personnels, career management, job evaluation concept and methods (skor method, Hay method applications), salary systems, means, definition, concept, generate salary curve and groups.
