Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Recognize the various dimensions of Work Analysis & Method Design and appreciate the importance and integration of each independent factor to the overall safety and effectiveness of an individual.
2) Explain the concept of productivity and its importance to an organization.
3) Draw operation process charts, flow process charts, flow diagram, crossfunctional process maps, activity charts.
4) Determine time standards using the appropriate method for a job.
5) To gain basic skills, tools and principles for designing efficient activities and working environment.
