Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Defining and using the concepts, institutions and legilsation of labour law.
2) Having the ability to evaluate concept, institutions and legislation on the basis of Law no 2821 Union Law and Law no 4688 Public Servant Union Law in the collective Labour Law area at the practicable level.
3) Having the ability to evaluate concept,institutions and legislation on the basis of Law no 2822 Collective Labour Contract and Lockout Law in the Collective Labour Law area at the practicable level.
4) Explaining labour contract in 4857 act.
5) Describing concept of work in 4857 act.
6) Evaluating Labor Law legislations in ILO contrats.

Course Contents

In this course in turn; The general information about Labour Law, The basic concepts of Labour Law, The extent of law no 4857 Labour Law, Labour contract, Arrangement of work subject and reverting to a matter in due course; Law no 854 Sea Labour Law Law no 5953 The Law of Arrengement of Relations Between Employers and Employees in Press Job will be evaluated.

Weekly Schedule

1) the subject of labour law, the rising and development of labour law
2) the features of legislating in labour law, the basic principles and thoughts that dominate labour law, resources of labour law and labour organizations.
3) the basic concepts of labour law, workes, apprentice, employer, representative of the employer, suc-contracter, work place and enterprise.
4) the extent of labour law, definiton, facts, labour relation, legal feature and variaties of labour contract,
5) the variaties of labour contract, regulatin of working conditions, capability of parties.
6) making labour contract: capability of parties, limiting liberty of contract, invalidity of contract.
7) making labour contract: capability of parties, limiting liberty of contract, invalidity of contract, the obligations of labour.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) expiration of labour contract: the status that expiry labour contract without noticing, expiration of labour contract with notice of termination
10) expiration of labour contract: the status that expiry labour contract without noticing, expiration of labour contract with notice of termination
11) special conditions about termination of labour contract, legal conclusions of termination of labour contract
12) regulation of work: regular working and other working types, extra work, extra working times
