1) To know the fatigue type damage, under which conditions it occurs, how to determine the fatigue damage and what should be done to extend the fatigue life of the material.
2) To know the creep type damage, under what conditions it occurs, how to detect the creep type damage and what should be done to extend the creep life of the materials.
3) To learn the mechanisms of crack propagation in fatigue and creep, to have knowledge about fatigue and creep tests.
