Course Contents

What is Mechatronics? Fundamental of electronics. Electronical devices such as diodes, transistors. Sensors and transducers. Signal conditioning, OPAMPs, filtering, Wheatstone bridges. Data acquisition and presentation systems. Mechanical and electrical actuators and drivers. The modeling of systems. The dynamic responses and transfer functions of the systems. Frequency responses. Closed loop controllers. Case studies for a mechatronic systems developed for cars.
