Course Contents

Course has mainly two parts. The first is an exploration and critique of theoretical issues about the interaction between law and gender. The second is the application of a feminist perspective to areas of law such as reproduction, battering, pornography, prostitution, rape, employment. The theme of the course is the relationship between law, gender, and equality.
