Course Contents

The Council of Europe's history and structure, the European Convention on Human Rights, judgments and decisions of the European Court on Human Rights concerning Turkey, remedies taken by the Turkish Government to implement the judgments of the European Court on Human Rights, European Social Charter, European Convention for the Prevention of Torture, Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages.
