Course Contents

Injustice and the prejudices that feed it are everywhere. Law is also the beginning of these. "Law is unfair" means confrontation as a slogan that the feminist movement has put forward for the law. This slogan shows us that when we approach the law on the basis of gender, we must act from the suggestion that the law is unjust.
