Course Contents

Basic concepts of communication law, freedom of communication in Turkish law and examination of legal regulations related to media institutions and organizations and basic concepts related to the protection of intellectual labor, intellectual product, intellectual and artistic works, ownership of works, rights of the owner of works, regulations on the protection of Rights on brands, patents, industrial designs and analysis of sample applications
