Course Contents

This is an advanced criminal law course focusing on the phenomenon of organized criminality which is hardly defined in the national and international contexts, the characteristics of the criminal organizations, its common and distinct points with similar crimes, the perpetrator, the victim and the legal scope of the crime, the elements of crime (the material element, the element of the contradiction to law and the moral element), its special features, sanctions and procedural provisions considering the jurisprudence of the Court of Cassation.
