1) Explain fundamental conceps of classsical, human relations and modern theories of management
2) Identfy theories of and approaches to management and organization.
3) Obtain knowledge on management functions (i.e. planning, organizing, and control) and management processes (i.e., leadership, team work, communication..)

In this course classical, neoclassical and modern management theories and situationalism approach will be examined and Western style management style will be compared with Japanese management concept. Organization process, organizational types and control process will be discussed.
