Fundamental concepts in international management, internationalization process, foreign market entry strategies, management of multinational firms, human resource management in multinational firms, characteristics of international employees, recruitment and selection for international posts and expatriates, development of cross-cultural understanding, cross-cultural communication and conflict management, readings and cases regarding issues in international HRM.
