Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Discuss the hypothesis of Fordist-Taylorist production and management system by relating them with management theories and evaluate the interaction between production and management organization in terms of labour
2) Explain and discuss the impacts of change dynamics in production organization on labour relations
3) Analyse micro-Fordist dynamics and discuss the roles of dynamics in macro-Fordist structure.
4) Explain the hypothesis of new management techniques and evaluate the role and innovative sides of them in regards of socio-technique system.
5) Discuss the main bases of production and management techniques in context of effective use of labour force and interpret them critically regarding labour relations.

Trade union structure as well as individual and collective perceptions will be discussed via proponent and opposite opinions in regards of the changes in production and management organization and the macro / micro fordism and human resources management approaches.
