1) Examine the communication process, to recognize communication elements and models.
2) Examine the organizational communication process, to recognize its elements.
3) Learn the elements of culture and organization culture and to understand the effects of organization culture on the employees.
4) Analyze the effect of the burnout syndrome on the employee.
5) Learn the causes of mobbing, its effects and suggestions for solutions.
