1) Define the concepts of ideology, language and discourse
2) Describe the relationship between language and ideology.
3) Examine the construction/production of meaning in the media
4) Examine the control of discourse and discursive reproduction styles
5) Describe the ideological reproduction.
6) Conduct discourse analysis and critical discourse analysis in the news texts
