1) Defines the basic concepts of contemporary approaches in education.
2) Makes data entry and description of the theoretical data obtained in the context of contemporary approaches in education.
3) Analyses the theoretical data obtained in the context of contemporary approaches in education.
4) Discusses the perspectives of the theories on organization and management within the framework of the positivist paradigm.
5) Compares positivist and post-positivist paradigms in terms of their reflections on education.
6) Discusses the purpose of education, school, theory, research and practice in educational administration from the perspective of critical theory (Frankfurt school, culture industry etc.).
7) Discusses the reflections of the phenomenological point of view, Ethnometodology and chaos theory on educational administration based on its characteristics.
