5) Tells artist model and it's strong and weak sides in educational supervision.
6) Tells instructional and developmental models and their strong and weak sides in educational supervision.
7) Knows, tells and writes the types, principles of supervision and the features of supervisors.
8) Plans supervision, pre-investigation and research.
9) Knows / explains supervision of classroom activities, clinical supervision and it's levels.
10) Explains types of evaluation and self-evaluation.
11) Explains and discusses performance evaluation.
12) Explains the main approaches in performance development.
13) Explains the mentoring, coaching and micro-instructional roles of manager/supervisor.
14) Explains/ discusses human relations in supervision, working with individuals and groups and the relation between these concepts.
