Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Establish a group for group counseling.
2) Explain the leader functions in the initial, transition, action and termination phases.
3) Act in accordance with ethical behavior in the group process.
4) Distinguish the similarities and differences of group counseling and individual counseling skills.
5) Generate solutions to possible situations that may be encountered in group counseling practices
6) Apply the principles of starting, continuing and ending the group counseling process.

In this course Group Counseling Process. Examining of the Case Studies, Preparing Group Plan. Exercises in Class, Applications of Group Counseling. Analysis of These Applications Applications, Listening to the audio-casettes of Counseling Applications in Class and related discussions and evaluation of the analyses.
