2) Explains the dimensions, models, principles and features of supervisor.
3) Tells scientific model and it's strong and weak sides in educational supervision.
4) Tells artist model and it's strong and weak sides in educational supervision.
5) Tells instructional and developmental models and their strong and weak sides in educational supervision.
6) Knows, tells and writes the types, principles of supervision and the features of supervisors.
7) Explains types of evaluation and self-evaluation.
8) Explains the mentoring, coaching and micro-instructional roles of manager/supervisor.
9) Explains/ discusses human relations in supervision, working with individuals and groups and the relation between these concepts.
