Course scope of cyber bullying concept and types, other violations of the difference in the online environment, the prevalence in the world and Turkey, and work can be done in order to prevent cyberbullying schools and families, will be dealt with in a way that includes individuals and technological factors.

13) Children study to measure Internet usage skills and the situation in Turkey
