1) Define the basic concepts of curriculum development and curriculum evaluation
2) Explain the design and structure of models in curriculum development.
3) Evaluate new approaches and trends in curriculum development.
4) Using program evaluation approaches and models; evaluate primary and secondary education DKAB programs
5) Analyze the relationship between primary and secondary education textbooks and primary and secondary education programs in terms of curriculum development process.
6) Apply the acquired knowledge and skills related to curriculum development to curriculum development in the field of religious education

Program basic concepts in development, program development of the historical, philosophical, psychological and social , and program development approaches and models ( work plans , training needs assessment and technical research and development program design process , taxonomy and writing target behavior , content editing, preparation of education , development of test cases ) types of program evaluation , approaches, new approaches in development programs and long effects, religious education programs, curriculum development process in terms of evaluation, critical development by comparing different countries, religious education programs.
