The content of the course includes the disadvantages of sedentary life in terms of health, the concept of lifelong sport in Turkey and in the world, the importance of sport and exercise, the scientific basis of lifelong sport, the effects of regular lifelong sport practices on human health, the aims of aerobic exercise, sport in women, elderly and children, factors affecting lifelong sport, exercise selection in lifelong sport, flexibility and some stretching exercises.
