1) Why is fitness for life, how the idea of fitness for life was born
2) Basic principles of exercise.
3) The effects of regularly life-long exercise on human health
4) Evaluation of health and simple prescripton suggestions
5) Various activity application for applied fitness for life
6) Choosing of the sports-wear in exercises
7) Mental problems, stress and sports
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Weight control and balanced diet
10) Prepared activity tables per age and performance
11) Exercise program in teen-age
12) Exercise in elderly people
13) Exercise for pregnancy and post-pregnancy
14) Exercises to be done in some special health problems
15) Heart Circulatory System & exercise.
