Course Contents

In this course, candidates are provided with profound knowledge on theory and methodology in training, the terminology, basic principles of training, specificity; overload and reversibility; adaptation to loading: acute adaptation, chronic adaptation and over compensation; relationship between loading and heart rate, aerobic loading and anaerobic loading, theory and methodology of strength development, theory and methodology of speed development, theory and methodology of endurance development, theory and methodology of mobility development.
