1) Design resistance training methods and models and arrange them according to teaching methods.
2) Prepare mechanical equipments-oriented training plans.
3) Prepare free weight-oriented training plans.
4) Design daily, weekly, monthly and annual activities related to resistance training.
5) Form testing protocols related to resistance training.
6) Rearrange the training programs after determining the weaknesses of resistance training.

Weekly Schedule

1) Types of resistance training, studies on the application classifications and age groups.
2) Principles of basic training and resistance workouts.
3) Designs for the application of force contraction workouts.
4) Practices of resistance and adaptation of nerve-muscle physiology.
5) Resistance training periodization
6) Examples of the preparation and training unit periodization relationship
7) Applications of resistance training in children
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Applications of resistance training in the elderly and women
10) Resistance training sports injuries, prevention and hormonal changes.
11) Resistance antrenmalarında nutrition
12) Plyometrik applications and training
13) Practices of resistance to the work station
14) Mechanical instruments, resistance exercises.
