Candidates are provided with profound knowledge on Fourier transformation, Parseval theorem, Fourier transformation for trigonometric functions, scaling property, Fourier transformation for derivative, convolution theorem, Fourier methods for differential equations, Sturm-Liouville problem, heat transfer and wave equations, and Fourier methods for several problems.
