Properties of construction industry, types of projects, liabilities of the parties before the contract phase, technical and economic feasibility studies before tender phase, preparation of specifications, preparation to tender, tender process, pay applications, bonds, safety, substantial and final completions, schedule and time extensions, evaluation of the delays, change orders, delays and stops, termination of the contract, conflict resolution, arbitration, claim management, types of partnership, value engineering, constructability, management of a construction firm.
