Course Contents

In this course, dark phase reactions of photosynthesis, which is the only mechanism that can use light energy, will be explained. Dark phase reactions show changes in plants in terms of carbon dioxide retention. Course content: Calvin cycle and reactions in the cycle, RubisCo enzyme, Photorespiration, Types of carbon retention; The stages of evolution of C3, C4, CAM plants, C3 plants to C4 are the topics.
