Course Contents

Candidates are provided with profound knowledge on the relation between programme and project, the need for the project, the properties of projects, project management, the properties and advantages of project management , the process of project management, Project planning and planning stages (Start, Planning, Practice, Control, Finish), the importance of planning, extent, budget, time planning and balance, different planning approaches, cost prediction methods, different planning tools, preperation of teams during the Project process.
