Course Contents

During this lecture; pluralism theory and criticism, Marxist theory and criticism, labour process theory, critical theory and labor relations, theories of economics and labor relations, the effect of postmodernity on labor and industrial relations, the effect of human resources management on labor and industrial relations will be analyzed.
