1) Being able to evaluate and understand advanced theoretical and methodological knowledge in filed of history especially in labour history
2) Understand and compare different aspects and dimensions of Turkish and European labour history
3) Gain the experience in working on your own, research and writing on labour history
4) Understand the history of the making of class, labour movements and social rights in the comparative context both in the world and Turkey
5) Evaluate the characteristics of Turkish labour history and its differences from other experiences in world labour history

Course Contents
During this lecture;both in the world and Turkey, the history of the making of class, labour movements and social rights will be evaluated in the comparative context. The characteristics of Turkish labour history and its differences from other experiences in world labour history will be examined in social, economic and political context.
