3) Interpret the recent social welfare experiences and different outcomes of Britain, France and Germany as of EU member countries
4) Discuss the concepts of "welfare by working" and "welfare without working" practically in different member countries
5) Discuss the harmony or lack of harmony between the institutional structure of EU and policy preferences of member countries and develop projections in social welfare policies context

During this lecture;the main elements of welfare state, the main difficulties and dilemmas with which it faces will be discussed on the base of EU and different outcomes of member states regarding social welfare policies will be analyzed.
