Course Contents

Crisis definition, meaning, analysis of the crisis, crisis systems, sources of the crisis, which caused the crisis to recognize the internal and external environmental factors, the process of crisis, crisis, causes, symptoms, crisis management process, change and adaptation mechanisms of crisis development, crisis management approaches available, the concept of stress and its relationship with the crisis, organizational stress and organizational stress management, organizational sources of stress, the effects of stress on the individual and the organization, the special techniques to cope with stress individually.
