1) Develops critical skills in assessing city as a cultural text.
2) Associates the field of communication sciences with the definition, research and presentation methods of different disciplines,
3) Examines cultural practices produced in the city through historical and comparative studies.
4) Understands the significance of collective consciousness and cultural practices carried out in the city.
5) Examines the interactive and changing nature of spaces of the city.

The city is discussed through the interactive and changing nature of the spaces that produce and present collective consciousness and cultural practices, the changing-constructive power and dynamics, the fields and methods of resistance practices, regional and periodic alternatives.
