Göçün kavramsal olarak tanımı ve çeşitlerinin aktarımı yapılaraktarihsel süreçte göç olgusu ile ilgili temel bilgiler vermek; 19. Yüzyılda Osmanlı devletinde yaşanan göçler hakkında bilgi aktararak göçlerin Osmanlı siyasal, sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik yapısına etkilerini değerlendirmek.
