.Historical development of safety and security in aviation/milestones; Fundamental concepts (safety, security, risk, error, violation, hazard, crisis, leadership, motivation); National and international regulation; Case study presentations (safety culture); Case study (airport/terminal/a/c security); Human factor in security and safety; Case study (traditional aviation security); Case study (technology based-new generation aviation security); Safety Management System; Safety Management System and related post-modern management models; Studying case on risk and crisis management in aviation; Case study: Leadership and team management on aviation safety and security; Presentations of term-projects; Evaluation of presentations of term-projects.
