1) Evaluate principles of research ethics in assessment of resarch on humans or animals.
2) Design research projects on humans or animals approppriate to research ethics.
3) Assess research projects on humans or animals based on research ethics.
4) Make counseling to researchers for their research projects on humans or animals considering research ethics.
5) Follow high ethical standards from determining hypotesis to publishing.
6) Ensure following high ethical standards from determining hypotesis to publishing.

Course Contents
Rules of drafting, management, ending and publishing human and animal research project. Ethics evaluation of research project. Each student have to prepare the research project on humans and animals and have to assess research projects with permission of the researchers.
