Course Contents
This course includes the place of microorganisms among living beings and growth kinetics, Death of bacterial population after facing with lethal impact, killing of microorganisms by physical processes, physical processes-temperature, drying, UV irradiation, X-rays, gamma rays, cathode rays, photodynamic effect, sonic waves, osmotic shock, surface tension, and sterilization filter, centrifuge, disinfection and kinetics, special chemical antimicrobial substances, the disinfectant effect of organic solvents, the effect of antibiotics and chemotherapeutics on microorganisms
