Course Contents

This course includes the establishment and expiration of the business relationship, types of employment contract, application of labor law.

Weekly Schedule

1) General information about business law. The historical development of labor law, labor law, the historical development of the world, the historical development of labor law in Turkey
2) The subject of law and basic principles of business, individual labor law, collective labor law, worker protection, the working principle of the benefit review
3) Sources of labor law, labor law as the official sources, private sources of labor law
4) The concept of an employment contract, collective agreement, internal regulations of the workplace
5) Individual business law practice area, no 4857 Act of the application area by kind of activity, exceptions, individuals and businesses, according to the application area
6) The definition and elements of the employment contract, employment contract specifications
7) Types of employment contract
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Bargaining process, prohibitions and requirements concerning the employment contract
10) Debts arising from the worker's labor agreement, the employer's labor agreement debts ...
11) Charged concept, definition and properties of charged, charged systems, the minimum wage, salary certificates, wage protection, the criminal failure
