Course Contents
Students will be provided with the knowledge of competition and quality concepts of quality and the quality CEO, total quality management philosophy and policy, organization for quality culture and business in the quality accountability, continuous improvement (Kaizen), quality costs, total quality management suppliers, EFQM excellence model, quality management systems, ISO , ISO 9001-2008, standards, certification in this course.
