1) The students who succeeded in this course; students will be able to define psychological factors that affect individual and group behaviors.
2) students will be able to list positive organizational behaviors that help to increase individual performance and organizational effectiveness.
3) students will be able to explain human behaviors and relationships in organizations by using organizational behavior theory.
4) based on their theoretical knowledge on human behaviors, students will be able to develop principles regarding management.
