This course covers issues related to organizational structure, bureaucratic structure and attitudes, administrative barriers, poor communication, strict control systems, solution method for organizational and managerial problems, modern management techniques, supportive and participatory governance, enhance creativity, rewarding systems, lean organization, teamwork, downsizing.
